Orvin Kimbrough has been an independent Board member of the Company since July 2021 and served as a member of the board of Holdings from September 2020 until July 2021. Mr. Kimbrough has served on the board of Midwest BankCentre since 2015, became its CEO in 2019 and has been its Chairman of the board since January 2020. He also currently serves on the board of Korte Construction. He previously served on the board of NuSource Financial. Previously, Mr. Kimbrough served as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Way of Greater St. Louis from 2014 to 2019. Mr. Kimbrough holds a B.S.W. in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an M.S.W. (Program Planning and Administration) from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an M.A. in Theology from the Aquinas Institute of Theology.
Mr. Kimbrough is a valuable member of our Board because of his broad experience across multiple industries as well as his extensive board experience.
